Left margin should be 1 inch and right margin should be 0.5 inches.
1.1. Open the .pdf.
1.2. Click to 'All tools' and select 'Organize pages'.
1.3. Click 'Set page boxes'.
1.4. Change 'Units' to 'Inches'.
1.5. Click 'Custom' under 'Change Page Size'.
1.6. Update the following textboxes.
Width: 8.5 in.
Height: 11 in.
XOffset: 0.5 in.
YOffset: 0.13 in.
1.7. Update the 'Page Range'.
Select 'All'.
Apply to: Even Pages Only
1.8. Click 'OK' button.
2.1. Click the page thumbnail at right panel.
2.2. Click on the first page and click the delete icon.
