This article describes how to do the customer onboarding for the technology department.
Necessary Files:
- Go to the Customer Support Staus Board
- Choose a Customer that has purchased from a district or school Or a Comp

- ELS
- Go to the CPM Records --> districts
- Search by customer ID.
- Scroll to find the administrator and contact info.

- CIM
- Go to: shop.cpm.org
- Sign in with Google
- Go to Accounts
- Search for the customer ID
- Click: Details
- From the Dashboard, Find the contact person.
