PL team will provide you an access to Vimeo / YouTube Videos Google Sheet.
1. Receive an email request from PL team.
1.1. Click the 'Open' button to view the Vimeo / YouTube Videos Google Sheet.
Here is an example of the request that you were tagged on.
2. Click the video link that needs to be uploaded under 'Google Doc Link' column.
3. Click the 'Download' icon.
The file will be automatically saved to your 'Downloads' folder (except if it was set up to save to another folder).
4. Upload the video file to 'Fetch'.
4.1. Open the folder where your downloaded files automatically saved (mostly in 'Downloads' folder), then click the downloaded file, and then drag to Fetch.
4.2. Open 'Fetch' and then locate the folder where you want to upload the downloaded file.
Path: pdfs/Videos (Raw)/<folder>
4.3. Click the downloaded file from 'Downloads' folder and then drag it to the desired folder in 'Fetch'.
5. Upload the video file to 'YouTube' and/or 'Vimeo'.

6. Copy the 'YouTube' and 'Vimeo' links and then paste them to 'Vimeo/YouTube Videos' Google Sheet.
7. Click on the cell where you were tagged.
8. Enter your response in the reply textbox and then click the 'Reply' button.
