PL team will provide you an access to Vimeo / YouTube Videos Google Sheet.
1.1. Check any request from the PL team under 'Untitled section'.
1.2. Select a task, then click the the 'Type Needed (Handoff) dropdown menu, and then select 'TECH: Video to Link CPM YouTube/Vimeo'.
1.3. Click the 'Move tasks between sections' button and then select 'Incoming Requests'.
The task will be moved to 'Incoming Requests' section and then to 'TECH - Tasks' section.
1.4. Click the 'Assignee' and then type/select your name.
Details section is where you will find the information (i.e.: links and instructions) needed from the requester.
2.1. Click the right arrow button of the task to view the 'Details'.
2.2. Scroll through the 'Details' page all the way to the 'Description' section.
The file will be automatically saved to your 'Downloads' folder (except if it was set up to save to another folder).
3.1. Click the link from the 'Description' section on the task you are working on.
The link will be opened to a new window/browser.
3.2. Click the 'Download' button.
A new tab will be opened.
3.3. Click the 'Download anyway' button.
4.1. Open the folder where the downloaded files were automatically saved (mostly in 'Downloads' folder).
4.2. Login to the 'Static' server and then locate the folder where you want to upload the downloaded file.
Path: pdfs/Videos (Raw)/<folder>
4.2.1. Open the 'Vimeo / YouTube Videos' Google Sheet to know which folder to save the video file in the 'Static' server.
PL team will provide you an access to Vimeo / YouTube Videos Google Sheet.
4.2.2. Search for the title of the task from the 'Asana' project.
4.2.3. Search ('Command' + 'F') the title in the 'Vimeo / YouTube Videos' Google Sheet.
4.3. Click the downloaded file from 'Downloads' folder and then drag it to the desired folder in the 'Static' server.

7.1. Click the arrow button before the task name to expand/view the sub-task(s).
7.2. Click the complete button to mark the 'tech work complete' subtask complete.
The task will automatically be moved to 'TECH - Requester Approval' section.
