This article describes various options for navigating Vimeo.
Supervisor will provide the password.
1.1. Open Vimeo.
1.2. Click 'Log in'.
1.3. Enter CPM Education Program email and password into the corresponding textboxes and then click the 'Log in with email' button.

2.1. Click the 'New video' button and then select 'Upload' from the dropdown menu.
2.2. OPTIONAL: Click the 'Library' dropdown menu and select a folder where you want to add the video.
2.3. OPTION 1: Click the video file (.mp4) from your personal folder and then drag it to 'Upload videos' panel.
2.4. OPTION 2: Select files from personal folder
2.4.1. Click the 'Or choose files' button.
2.4.2. Locate/select the video file from your personal folder.
2.4.3. Click the 'Open' button.
2.5. Review the video.
3.1. Locate and/or click the video to be updated.
3.2. Click the 'Share' button.
3.3. Click the dropdown menu under the 'Link privacy' and select 'Unlisted'.
3.4. Click the 'Embed tab' to add specific domains.
3.5. Click the dropdown menu under 'Embed privacy' and then select 'Specific domains'.
3.6. Enter the specific domain in the textbox under 'Allowed domains' and then click the plus icon.
Note that video will only show on the listed domain. Any sites that are not on the list will receive an error message when video link is clicked.

4.1. Locate and/or click the video to be updated.
4.2. Click the 'Player' icon.
4.3. Select the 'Appearance' option.
4.4. Click each blue boxes and then toggle each options on/off to change the appearance (i.e.: company logo, play bar, etc.).
4.5. Click the 'Save' button.
5.1. Locate and/or click the video to be updated.
5.2. Click the 'Settings' icon.
5.3. Click the 'Advanced settings' button.
5.4. Locate and/or click the video to be updated.
5.5. Click the 'General' dropdown menu and then select 'Info'.
5.6. OPTION 1: Choose one of the default thumbnails under 'Thumbnail' section.
5.7. OPTION 2: Click the 'Edit thumbnail' dropdown menu and select on of the options
5.1. Click 'Select video' from the dropdown menu.
5.2. Click the play button.
5.3. Click the pause button (this is the frame you want to use as thumbnail) and then click the 'Select this frame' button.
5.4. Click the 'Select this frame' button.
5.1. Select 'Upload' from the dropdown menu.
5.2. Locate the folder where you will be getting the image from, then select the image file (.jpg or .png), and then click the 'Open' button.
5.1. Select 'Random' from the dropdown menu.
5.2. Click one of the thumbnails and then click the 'Use this frame' button.
5.8. Click the 'Save' button.
6.1. Locate and/or click the video to be updated.
6.2. Click the horizontal three dots icon to view more options and then select 'Replace video'.

1. Click the plus icon next to 'Library' on the menu at left panel.
2. Enter the 'Folder name' in the textbox.
3. Click the 'Create' button.
Sometimes an older vimeo link does not work. If you are an editor, the links should work for you. The link comprises a video number plus an extension.
7.1. Login to Vimeo & Find the video.
- Type in the number of the video and locate the video.
- Click on the URL for the extended link.
- Copy the extended link which has an extended set of numbers after the video number.
- Use the extended link when sharing with other pages/people.
