Customer Refactor

CPM Tasks menu has been removed.

The following items have been combined under Customers in the CPM Records menu.

From CPM Tasks:

  1. Create New Contract:  Customers --> View --> Purchase Orders
  2. Check User License: Customers --> View --> Users --> View --> Licensing
  3. Manually Assign User License: Customers --> View --> Users --> View --> Books
  4. Create Faculty Enrollment PIN: Customers --> View --> Faculty PINs
  5. Manage License Pools: Customers --> View --> License Pools
  6. Manage License Providers: Customers --> View --> Users --> View --> Licensing

From CPM Records:

  1. Districts: Customers
  2. Schools: Customers --> View -->Schools
  3. Classes: Customers --> View -->Classes
  4. Users: Customers --> View -->Users

Schools and Districts are combined into Customers with schools.

  • Generate LTI Key

  • License Report

NEW - Change the Primary Contact for everyone in the Customer account

The primary contact displays on a teacher's view of ELS when they need a contact for licenses.  The primary contact can be set to any administrator in a Customer account.

Select View on a user account.
