The article describes the steps for creating a Google sheet showing the images and alt text for a chosen eBook.
- From the left menu C3PO select UTILITIES.

- From the Utilities pop-up, select the desired eBook from the dropdown list following "Download Book Alt Text Spreadsheet".
- Select the Download CSV button.

- In Google sheets, create a new sheet.
- From the File menu select Import.

- Choose the "Select a file from your device" button.
- Choose the file you downloaded in step 3. This is usually located in your Downloads folder.

- Be sure that the "Convert text to numbers, dates, and formulas" is selected. Otherwise images will not show. Only their Urls will be included.
- Select the Import data button.

- Name your spreadsheet.
- Image sizes can be adjusted by change the column width and/or the row height.
