This article describes how to download and use a Chrome extension for capturing a full page of conversation in Freshdesk.
Using the Chrome browser, go to: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/gofullpage-full-page-scre/fdpohaocaechififmbbbbbknoalclacl
- Click "Add to Chrome".
- Click "Add extension".
- In the top browser bar on the right side, click the puzzle icon and pin the extension to the bar.
- Go into the ticket and open any closed conversations.
- In the browser bar, click the camera icon.
- Watch the pac man icon capture all of the conversation as well as the ticket.
- Download either a PDF or an image (PNG) of all of the conversation.
NOTE: The PNG version is easier to view in Hubspot than the PDF version.
The GoFullPage extension will NOT:
- Download any attachments.
- Show any images that are not open.
You will need to get those separately.
