When saving a new Screenstep, include the following options:
- Describe changes
- Email person who will review/approve Screenstep
- Article status is 'Needs Review'
- Save as 'Draft'
After the Screenstep is reviewed and approved. It can be Published.
If minor changes to Screensteps are made:
- updating images
- correcting spelling errors
- updating links
Screensteps can be edited and Published without waiting for reveiw.
