You must be in the Spanish version authoring interface.
1. In CDP Authoring Interface - SPANISH version, copy the Learning Target.
2. Click the 'Remove' button.
3. Paste copied Learning Target in the 'Search Learning Target' textbox and then click 'Add'.
4. Click the 'Go Live' button.
