These steps will allow you to add the Vimeo and YouTube Mathcasts easier.
Step 1: Go into the Teacher Notes of CC1, 1.1.1 and click "C3P0"
Step 2: In a new tab, go into the Teacher Notes of the eBook Lesson and right click to open in a new tab "C3PO" for the lesson being updated.
- Click on "Length of Activity"
- Click the "+" button (insert rows/columns)
- Select the "+" sign with "=" underneath to add the column right above the "Length of Activity"
- Add borders for the new row.
- Add applicable title to the left cell
- "Lesson Mathcast"
- "Section Mathcast"
- Make title bold
- Align title cell to "top left"
- While in the right cell, click "Insert Columns"
- Select "2 Columns" and pick the middle option to have both columns equal.
- Click "Submit"
- In the left column, type "Vimeo", then press enter.
- In the right column, type "YouTube", then press enter.
- Go into the already opened CC1, 1.1.1 TN C3PO and single click on the Vimeo then "Command-C"
- Go back into the C3PO for the lesson being updated and click under the Vimeo title, then "Command-V"
- Repeat the last 2 steps to copy over YouTube
- Double click the Vimeo Video and replace the last part of the embed URL with the embed Vimeo Video URL for the lesson being updated, click submit
- Repeat the last step to update the YouTube embed URL.
- Once done, hit "Publish"
