This tutorial describes how to find Grab and use it.
1. In the applications folder --> Utilities, find Grab.

2. Boot Grab. Under 'Capture' , select "selection".

3. Drag over the part of the screen you want.

4. Go to 'File' --> 'Save As...' and name and save the file.

5. Open a word document. Go to Insert --> Photo --> Picture from File.
Note: Depending on what version of Word you have, the menu items may be worded differently. Then browse for your image and insert.
