If there is a issue of students not receiving an eBook license or not being able to access an eBook license and the district is a rostered district check for User Collisions.
rosterfeed.cpm.org
roster.cpm.org can also have User Collision Warnings. The fix is the same but the collision warning is located in a slightly different place.
- Enter the District ID in the Search to find the district. Once located select the correct district.

- On the customer dashboard choose View on the

- Select warnings to view if there is a User_Collision.

- In the example below there is a USER_COLLISION Warning. Copy the email shown in the error and look the user up in ELS.

Check the account in ELS to see if it has a district and school assigned. If the user does not have the needed data delete the account. Once the roster runs again the issue should be resolved.
