This article describes the process of linking/referencing an article in more than one place.
NOTE: This is NOT moving, duplicating, or removing an article. It is simply putting the same article in more than one place. After successfully referencing the article to another place, it will automatically be updated to all places once you make an edit.
1.1. Login to https://cpmprogram.screenstepslive.com to access the Admin site.
1.2. Click 'Admin'.
1.3. Click the Dashboard dropdown arrow. Under the All Content, select the site that you want you want your article to reference to.
1.4. Under the 'Manuals', scroll and select the course, and then the chapter you want the article to reference to.
1.5. Click the dropdown arrow next to the chapter you want the article to reference to and select 'Add existing article'.
2.1. Select the Site --> Manual (course)--> Chapter where your article will be referenced from.
2.2. Click the 'Reference' button next to the article you want to reference from.
2.3. Once the article has been successfully referenced, you will see a message highlighted in yellow "The article was referenced". Then click 'Done' button.
