eTool Updating in all locations

eTools are to be italicized in eBooks and Homework Help.

eTool is in Lesson Section, Update the following locations:

1. eTool link in the problem

2.  Embedded Desmos link in the problem. (This is optional, there may not be an embedded link.)

3.  eTool link in Teacher Notes tab (Technology section)

4.  Chapter Opening - Teacher notes tab (If Teacher eTool or Answer eTool, highlight in yellow.)

5.  Reference ->  Student Support ->  eTools tab. Update link in table

6.  Teacher → Teacher Support → eTools tab.  Update the link in table.  (If Teacher eTool or Answer eTool, highlight in yellow.)

7. Update [email protected].  

     - Click on 'View in admin portal'.

     - Click on CPM Student Tutorials

     - Click on eBook your eTool is in.

     - Click on Chapter and eTool.

-  Choose 'Edit on Desktop' and 'Open Screensteps'.  

-  The Screensteps for the eTool will display.

-  Update the eTool link.

-  Save and Publish screenstep.

* If the eTool is a Teacher eTool, modify [email protected].  This will update the Student Tutorials automatically ([email protected]) .  Double check to make sure.

8.  CPM.org website needs to be update by Kim or Jenn.  Email them URL that needs updating on website.

eTool is in Review & Preview Section, Update the following locations:

1.  eTool link in the problem.

2.  Embedded Desmos link in the problem (if there is one). See example in 'eTool in Lesson Section' above.

3. Update Homework Help links in C3PO problem. Save changes.

If the eTool is an  Answer eTool:

1.  Update eTool in Answer tab.  (ONLY for Answer eTools).  Should be in YELLOW.

2.  Update Teacherhelp.cpm.org.  Link should be highlighted in yellow using the following code in the eTool   link:
