Set an email(Google Group) to go to Freshdesk

This article describes the process to automatically create a ticket from an email sent to a Google group and assign the ticket to a Freshdesk group.

Group settings for Google Admin:

1. Google Group Member Management

Add the email: [email protected] as a member of the Google group.  Set other members to no email if appropriate.

2. Freshdesk

Create a rule in Admin-->Automations
