Create a Google Doc Version of a Sample Test

Assessment Sample Test Protocols - Use tab 2 (CC+PC3 Books) to record your work.

In order to complete this task, you will need the latest Word version of the Sample Test you are working on. First, check to see if the document is in Dropbox. If it is not in Dropbox, then go to the Sample Legacy Test in Assessment.

Upload the Sample Test Word Document
  1. Drag downloaded Sample Test from your 'Downloads' folder to your Google My Drive.
    Note: It is recommended to create an Assessment folder in your Google My Drive as a temporary holding place for these files.
  2. Once the file has been transferred to your Google My Drive, right click on the file and select 'Open with', and then select 'Google Docs'.
    Note: After you open with 'Google Docs', you will see that you now have two versions of the Sample Test (Google Doc and Word doc).
  3. Check the new Google Doc for formatting issues (i.e. alignment, images, tables).
  4. Check if the name of the new Google Doc is correct.
  1. Drag the new Google Doc from 'My Drive' to Team Drives --> Public --> Assessment --> the appropriate eBook folder.
