Creating and editing Screenstep Tutorials

Navigate to site you want to create tutorial

1. Login to Screensteps: https://cpmprogram.screenstepslive.com/admin/v2/sites/dashboard to access the Admin site.

2.   Select area you want to create Screenstep.  We are going to create a Screenstep for CPM Staff Tutorials--> Technical Assistants  under Topic Screenstep Admins.

3. Select area you want to create Screenstep.  We are going to create a Screenstep for CPM Staff Tutorials--> Technical Assistants  under Topic Screenstep Admins.

Create new Screenstep: parts of a Screenstep.

1. Click on New to create screenstep. Enter article title, owner and status. Click blue button to Create.

2.  Add content to Screenstep.

3. Add tite, heading, images, tables, HTML or link to a document.

Save Screenstep.

The Screenstep will be saved as a Draft.  Once it has been approved, the Screenstep can be Published.

Editing Screensteps.

To edit Screensteps, follow #1 to login and navigate to Screenstep you want to edit.

Edit on desktop and Open Screensteps.

Proceed to edit Screensteps.  Enter information about screenstep, email peson who will approve and Article Status.  Then Save as Draft.
