Using Book Specific Content - (eyeglass icon - toggle eBook specific content)

How to Access eTools:
  1. Click the eTool that you want to access
  2. A wrench window will open up with the URL link
  3. Copy the URL link and paste it to a new tab to get to the eTool page

NOTE for eBook Specific Content:

  • The window will have a pop-up indicating which eBook the eTool link is currently toggled to (if any)

Editing CPM eTools:

To edit a CPM eTool:

  1. Click the Paper & Pencil Icon

2.     Select "Options" from the drop down menu

3.     Click onto the Line to edit it

4.     Edit the Title to the appropriate eBook (in this case, CC3MN):

5.     Select the Paper & Pencil Icon again

6.     Select "Save" from the Drop down Menu

7.     Select the URL from the "Saved!" box that pops up

        OR

8.     Click and open the saved tool, and copy the URL from the Address
        Bar at the top of the page

Editing Desmos eTools:

To edit a Desmos eTool:

  1. Select the Line where you want to edit

2.      Edit the title to the appropriate eBook (in this case, CC3MN)

  • Also edit anything else in the description to reference the appropriate problem

3.      Select the Title of the eTool

4.      Edit the Title to the appropriate eBook in the "Save This Graph"
        window that pops up (in this case, CC3MN)

5.      Click the "Save" button once you are done

6.      Copy the URL for the eTool from the Address Bar at the top of the page

Final Steps:

Go back to the Problem container you were working on in C3PO:

1.      Select the the eTool you were working on

2.      Delete the URL link to the old eTool

3.     Paste the URL link to the eTool you just edited

LAST STEP:

  1. Publish you work
  2. Reload the eBook
  3. Test the eTool link to ensure it sends you to the appropriate eTool
