Transferring the ownership of a shared folder can be done via the shared folder's options. Once ownership is transferred, the new owner will be the only person who has the ability to unshare or kick people out of the shared folder.
1. Share with [email protected]. Then follow the steps below
1. Select the Sharing tab from the Dropbox website.
2. Click the Options link on the right of the shared folder.
3. Select the Members link at the top of the resulting window.
4. Click the arrow to the right of the member you'd like to make owner and select Make owner from the drop-down menu
Please note, you must be the current owner of a shared folder to change ownership. The owner is, by default, the original creator of the shared folder.e shared
