How do you add an image to a google sheet?

1. Take a screenshot.

Mac Users:

  • Hold shift command 4 at the same time.
  • Drag over the image.
  • The image will be on your desktop and will be called something like: Screen Shot <Date> <Time>

PC Users:

  • Search for the Snipping Tool on your computer.

2. Complete the next steps for both PCs and Macs:

  • Click on a cell.
  • Below the Google Sheet Title, go to 'Insert' --> 'Image'
  • Click on 'Choose an image to upload'.
  • Browse to find the image on your computer.
  • Upload the file.
  • It should now be on the Google Sheet.  Click on the corners and drag to resize.
