Instructions for users to re-activate their email accounts with a backup code
Send the following directions to the user. Use a backup email if possible:
Please use the following directions to access your CPM account:
• Sign into Gmail or another Google service.
• Enter your username and password.
• When asked for your verification code, click More options.
• Select Enter one of your 8-digit backup codes.
• Enter your backup code: Put user's code here!
