Mail > Preferences > Accounts
- Select your Gmail account from the list on the left.
- Select the “Mailbox Behaviors” button on the right.
- Uncheck the box “Store draft messages on the server.”
- Be sure to follow the same procedure for all of your gmail accounts.
Save: Click the "General" tab next to "Accounts" for the save menu to appear. Then "Save."
