This article is for RPLCs and describes the changes made to ELS by the 2022 customer refactor.
- Reports Menu
- Only Preview Report remains the same.
- Information provided by the other reports is now found through the RC Internal and RC External menus.
- RC External Menu
- Districts and Schools are now Customers.
- Classes are now under Customers.
- User Licenses can be viewed under Customers or Find a User by login, email or name.
- Manage License Pools are now under Customers.
This tutorial now covers the new Customers navigation and Find a User by login, email or name.

View the customers details.
License Pools
License Pools
- Select a license pool for more details.
- License Report
License Report
- Select the Customer name to return to the Customer page.
- Select a License Pool to display only licenses in that pool.
- Page through license pools if there is more than one page of pools.
- Change number of licenses displayed per page.
- Page through licenses.
- Search License Types
- Select a license for additional details.
Purchase Orders
- Change number of Purchase Orders per page.
- Search Purchase Orders
- Page through Purchase Orders if more than one page.
- View Purchase Order
Schools
- Change number of Schools per page.
- Search Schools
- Page through Schools if more than one page.
- View school.
Classes
- View Current Classes (default)
- View Past Classes
- Change number of Classes per page.
- Search Classes
- Page through Classes if more than one page.
- View class.
Users
- View All Users (default)
- View Administrators
- View Teachers
