Install Kandji using the URL

To install Kandji on your Mac computer, use the url:

https://cpm.kandji.io/enroll

Enter code: 962-523

You will be taken to the Kandji Enrollment Portal. Click on Download Kandji.

Go go System preferences on the bottom of your screen.

Click on Profiles.

From Profiles you will see CPM Educational Program Enrollment to install Kandji.  Click on Install.

You will be prompted to verify the Install and to enter your computer password.

You will receive a 'Verified' confirmation in green.  It is normal to see this message in red.  If your computer is lost or stolen, Kandji can lock your computer.  Don't worry, we are not going to erase all the data on your computer.  This is an information message.

The Kandji butterfly will appear in the Status bar on your computer.  When you click on it, Kandji will display and Action items that are Required.  In this example, No Action is require and Kandji has been successfully installed.

Action Required Messages

You may see a FileVault Recovery Key Action required message.

Click on the Kandji butterfly on the status bar.  

You may also see messages to update your software if you are not on the most recent version.  Example of updates would be for:

  • Operating system (MacOS 11 Big Sur)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Google Chrome
  • Slack
  • Ringcentral
  • Zoom
