Using Freshdesk Knowledge Base

This article describes the process of adding and editing content within Freshdesk Knowledge Base.  Freshdesk calls the Knowledge Base "Solutions".

Accessing the Knowledge Base

Only agents can edit the knowledge Base

  1. Enter the Knowledge Base Editor through the Solutions Tab.
  2. Click on any category to access the sub-categories.
  3. Click on any sub-category to access the articles within that sub-category.

Editing an Article

Check out all of the buttons to see what they do.

  1. Expand the properties
  2. Edit clicking the Edit button
  3. Save as a draft or publish
