This article describes the organization and content of the new CPM Intranet created 1/2023.

Listen to the video above to understand the organization of the CPM Intranet to find what you need quickly. If that fails, the following tools may help in your search.
1.1. Search Tool
- Search the site for key words.
- Add a "+" between key words in a search field for articles having more than one key word.
1.2. CPM Knowledge Base and Tutorials
If the information needed is not found by searching the Intranet site, consider searching in CPM's knowledge base and Tutorials.

1.3. Search Recent Memos
The Intranet home page has a list of memos sent to all CPM employees organized by date, the most recent first. If you know the approximate date the information was given, you may find the memo in the box just below the title on the Intranet home page.
1.4. Submit a Ticket
If you are unable to find what you are looking for, submit a ticket. An agent will reply usually within 24 hours with a response.
1.5. Intranet Change Log
The change log will let you know what changes have been made since your last visit to the site. You may find items moved, updated, deleted, or recently added. A note will let you know why the change was made.

2.2. Collaboration
This section has organization charts and contact information for collaboration between CPM employees. It also includes collaboration work.
2.3. HR: Forms & Policies
Forms that are commonly needed are included in the following categories:

2.4. Knowledge Base & Support
This section has links not only to the knowledge base but also to employee tutorials on a variety of areas.

Supervisors may find pertinent links here to support employees on their team.
Currently only two departments have individual dashboard with links to their projects. These dashboards are maintained by the individual departments. If your department is not listed and you would like your team to have a dashboard, submit a request through the Tech Notifications channel.
